Next year, Edelweiss Air will reach a significant milestone in fleet modernization: the first of six Airbus A350-900 aircraft will begin operations in April 2025. This state-of-the-art aircraft will not only enhance efficiency but also elevate the travel experience for our virtual pilots to a new level.
Before the A350 is deployed on long-haul flights, it will initially serve various short- and medium-haul destinations for the first few weeks. This will ensure the crew is fully prepared for the new aircraft type and operational readiness is maximized.
Starting mid-May 2025, Las Vegas will become the first long-haul destination to be served by Edelweiss with the Airbus A350. The new aircraft will operate on this route three times a week, presenting an exciting highlight not only for passengers but also for us as a crew.
